1-hour Virtual Group Yoga with Meghan Parkin. Group Class Occupancy is based on 2 - 4 people. Once you sign up for your class, Meghan will contact you to discuss several important topics:

• The most IMPORTANT thing - How the heck are you doing?!! 2020 has been very stressful for a lot of us and we want you to know that we’re here for you! Feel free to share as much, or as little, with us as you’d like. We’re asking this because we want to cater to your needs and help you have the best experience possible.

• What do you want your class to look like? Any preferences with style or postures you’ve been working on lately? Example: Meditation, Pranayama, Restorative, Yin, Gentle Flow, Intermediate, Power, Chair Yoga… Are there any styles that you didn’t see? Let Meghan know what you want to practice. She’ll tailor the class to your needs and goals so that you can truly get the most out of it.

• What date and time do you want to practice? Scheduling will usually take place within the week of purchase depending on your preferences. **Same-day scheduling is a bit hard to work around but will always see what we can do.

• Do you want music in the background during your class?

• What are some of your main goals with your Yoga practice?
