Session Details:
One Hour Private Session - One on one in-person or online depending on your location and preference. We begin each session with a simple relaxing breath technique followed by a check-in and a 10-20 minute yoga asana (posture) flow to help release stress, open up the body, and provide healthy blood flow to the brain. After yoga, we will explore a creative project based on your needs. The session will end with a brief discussion and several breaths to help close out and transition gracefully into the rest of your day. ($88)
Before each session you will fill out a brief intake form so Meghan can get to know you a bit better and understand your goals.
A list of needed materials for the therapeutic art session will be provided after the intake form has been submitted. *If you are unable to purchase the art materials needed for your session, please contact me so I can help make this more accessible to you!
