Gentle Flow
This non heated class will slowly flow through Yoga postures and allow you to take time to focus on breath, alignment and deepening your practice. You’re invited to become strong, flexible, and bring a little peace into your day as you attune to the inner world of your body. Meghan (May) will be stretching and practicing with you as she invites breath with motion. Gently explore a series of floor and standing postures. Find various edges of effort and ease as you are guided into each asana. New to Yoga? ALL levels welcome, great place to begin and a great addition to your established practice.

Yin
Wonderful way to start your Sunday! Gently explore a series of mostly floor postures either seated or lying down. The focus in Yin is to hold the postures anywhere between three and five minutes per pose. This is very important so that your connective tissues (fascia) can soften and expand. You’ll find various edges of effort and ease as you are guided in and out of each posture. The use of bolsters, blankets and blocks makes this practice accessible to even the most inflexible of bodies. With practice over time, you'll learn to become present to the body through compassionate self awareness. Tune into your body's needs as you learn to breathe with full, calming steady breaths. Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that will challenge you but leave you in a state of restfulness and peace.
